ITEC/SCAAP
Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) and Special Commonwealth Assistance for Africa Programme (SCAAP) offers scholarship training programme every year that are fully funded by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
Education in Indian – How to apply?
Any candidate that is interested to participate in the ITEC/SCAAP programmes can apply through these procedures:
Education in Indian – Who can apply for ITEC/SCAAP Scholarship programmes?
Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Officials in Government, Public and Private Sectors, Universities etc.
ITEC/SCAAP Scholarship Programmes offers 12 to 13 courses mainly on IT. The scholarship courses ranges from 10 to 14 weeks duration and are mainly IT courses.
Some of the ITEC courses that are offered over the years are listed below:
– Certificate of Proficiency in English & IT Skills
– Certificate of Proficiency in Web Designing
– Certificate of proficiency in English Communication
– Certificate of Proficiency in Graphic & Web Designing
– Certificate of Proficiency in English & IT Skills
– Certificate of Proficiency in Web Designing
– Certificate of Proficiency in Design & Development
– Certificate of Proficiency in Graphic Designing & English Communication
– Certificate of Proficiency in English & Business Communication
*Study Abroad in India
Candidates need to decide on which of the courses they are interested in before applying.
Interested candidates need to submit the free scholarship application form to the high commission or Indian Embassy of his country along with his medical report.
Your Medical report should be certified by a doctor/hospital on the panel of the Indian Mission, UN Mission, or as designated by Indian Mission. The requirements for the medical report are included in the free scholarship application form.
Education in Indian is very promising as Indian is recognized in the world for its information technology talent.
Interested candidates can contact Indian Embassies in their country to ask if the ITEC/SCAAP scholarship programme is available in their country. The free scholarship courses is especially available to Africans.

We also want to draw your attention towards State APSCUF Scholarship
The applicant must pursuit of either an undergraduate degree or master degree.
For an undergraduate degree, the applicant must have completed and passed 30 credits with at least a 2.75 GPA.
For a master degree, the applicant must have completed and passed nine (9) credits with at least a 3.0 GPA.
Applicant must be a family member of an APSCUF/APSCURF member in good standing or an APSCUF staff member.
Application Deadline: March 2, 2018
